The apple is soft and sweet, at first i thought it's filled with liquid and gonna burst when i bite this delicacy, i surprise with this beautiful dessert, garnish with edible flower and a thin layer of translucent green jelly, and the based is soft cookie to hold this round ball. Exotique A yellow mouse cake~ it's soft and melts in mouth. This kinda taste like passion fruits (if i am not mistakenly), the beautiful layer inside with mouse, sponge cake and fruits. Super love this cake, it's light and the white color surrounded the tart is marshmallow coconut, again the based is a soft cookie to hold the tart.
