Thanks God! finally I can try this hiden
gem Japanese Resto in PIk. Their menu variant are so many, thats i
pretty confuse which one to choose. So their Chef are helping us to pick
the best menu, which is supursingly very good and you can not find it
at other place. The chef it self once work in US which is surely have a
good knife skill and a lot of experiences in Japanese Cuisine.

Shibo sake
The most memorable menu was the Shibo Sake. Its a Salmon Fats on top of the rice and torch with fire to make it edible. The interesting part that you have to cook only 15 second, not less or no longer. Actually its not that hot,as you can wait 2-3 second to make it cooler. The sensation was its melts in my mouth like a cotton candy and the rice flavour are different from other sushi roll. PEFECT!!! GOOD JOB CHEF. There is no other can copy your signature menu.
