SMASHED AVOCADO WITH APRICOT AND SMOKED SALMON

It's my favorite brunch menu from Joe & Dough, the bread is Sourdough and they did a good job by adding a fresh avocado with grilled apricot and smoked salmon. The arugula salad taste so fresh and good which seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, ginger and lemon.



24 Hours Slow Cooked Short Ribs(beef) 

Perfect Short Ribs, the meat are so tender, juicy and well marinated. The egg are half cooked, so the egg yolk still running and melt right away. Rice are fluffy and perfectly eaten with the short ribs. I can finish the whole bowl by myself even though i always skip rice for meal. 


 

CRISPY CHICKEN ROLL
Lovely bun with fried karage chicken with black tobiko. The creamy sauce are good match with the soft buns and karage. 


Peanut Butter & Jelly Cruffin 

First time trying cruffin and it was taste so good! especially the layers of the cruffin are so amazing. When i slice it, the strawberry jam are so generous and the creamy peanut butter are like match made heaven. What a lovely day that God has created this Cruffin.


 Meringue Croissant 

What a lovely croissant with a meringue swirl on top. So pretty and good to be eaten.

The apple is soft and sweet, at first i thought it's filled with liquid and gonna burst when i bite this delicacy, i surprise with this beautiful dessert, garnish with edible flower and a thin layer of translucent green jelly, and the based is soft cookie to hold this round ball. Exotique   A yellow mouse cake~ it's soft and melts in mouth. This kinda taste like passion fruits (if i am not mistakenly), the beautiful layer inside with mouse, sponge cake and fruits. The best brunch from @conviviumdeli   Egg Benedict with Hollandaise Sauce  I have Egg benedict with pork bacon and perfect poach egg coated in Hollandaise sauces. The pork bacon super crunchy, and the egg very melted. This portion very fulfilling and satisfying. Hot cappuccino Great coffee, a balance composition between espresso and milk, with no sugar, already taste sweet from the milk and the art latte so pretty. Tiramisu My favorite dessert, it's super soft, moist and creamy. The real Italian style dessert, it's not typically like sponge cake based, instead of creamy later with Mascarpone and a lot of egg yolk, cocoa powder, and I can taste the Rhum a lil bit, but not too overpowering. A good balance of flavor, texture and visual presentation. The ambient kinda cozy, slow and good for quality me time. Their service is good and friendly. Next time I will try their pasta or pizza.
